The Christian Grace Life

 The Christian Grace Life

Just because someone places their faith in the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of their sins and eternal life, does NOT mean they think it is a license to sin or that is it permission to live any way they want. At the same time, they also have full assurance of salvation. Colossians 2:2-3 KJV One cannot sin their way out of salvation. You cannot lose by moral imperfection what you did not attain by moral perfection. Ephesians 2:8-10 KJV Once a person is saved their spirit is made alive and righteous as Jesus' righteousness is imputed to their account and that is what God sees when He looks at you when you are saved. Romans 8:10 KJV While our spirit has been made alive, we still live in a vile fleshly body. As saved Christians, we have 2 choices. To walk after the Spirit in faith or listen to the flesh warring against the spirit wanting to sin all the time, EVEN saved Christians still sin. God is aware of this dynamic. Romans 6-8 KJV. Walking after the Spirit is standing in God's grace in confidence that you have forgiveness of past present and future sins while walking in faith of who you are NOW in the Spirit. Who you are now read Ephesians 1 KJV for starters. It is one of the most exciting chapters in the bible !!! I wrote this blog post on who we are now from Ephesians 1 KJV: CLICK HERE TO READ IT Walking in faith after the Spirit practically example - when tempted to sin or after you sin, you tell yourself "that is not who I am anymore" and by faith read in scripture, pray, meditate on who we are now in Paul's epistles. Then we praise God for His amazing grace that KEEPS US SAVED. (For who we are now once saved, see my blog post and/or read Ephesians 1 KJV). But as you can see, sanctification (being made holy set apart once saved), like salvation is also by grace through faith and not by human effort absence of God's Spirit. Once saved you have been made righteous and are a child of God seated in the heavenlies spiritually. You just need to walk in faith that is who you are now. This grace lifestyle keeps us focused on on how God's love and grace through Jesus Christ sustains us once saved. HIs righteousness not ours. Those focused on works based salvation and/or sanctification are focused on how they think their own righteousness by their own efforts pleases God and they glory in their flesh with their imperfect obedience. 1 Corinthians 1:29 KJV That no flesh should glory in his presence. If you walk after the flesh once saved you will sin. (Actually you sin all the time as Romans 14:23 KJV says 'whatsoever is not of faith is sin". Under that definition we all sinned at least 20 times today probably more.) If you walk after the Spirit in faith you will not fulfill the lusts of the flesh. Romans 8:5-6 KJV You will sin and when you do, your sin is no longer imputed to you once saved and your flesh has been spiritually cut off from your soul by the circumcision not made with human hands. Colossians 2:12 KJV Therefore, once saved you cannot sin your way out of salvation as you have been placed "in Christ", spiritually your flesh would be cut off from your soul, not imputing sin. There is no scriptural proof of this process being placed "in Christ" reversed in Paul's epistles or even how that would work. God cannot be mocked, however. He knows what you believe and trust in. Galatians 6:7-8 KJV Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap. For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting. Notice those that live after the flesh in the above verse, once saved are still subject to the corruption of sin in their lives. The earthly consequences of sin still remain for the saved Christian. All believers will, however , go before the judgment seat of Christ to determine rewards or loss of rewards based upon your service in the body of Christ. If you are busy sinning and ignore sound doctrine and service in the Spirit, while your sin is forgiven past, present, and future, in theory that would mean loss of rewards if you sinned instead of building on sound doctrine. 1 Corinthians 3:12-15 KJV This is the Christian life and we have victory through the grace of God through Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior !!! Grace and Peace

The Simple Gospel That Saves: To be saved: You not ONLY have to believe in who Jesus is, you ALSO have to believe and trust only in Jesus’ death burial and resurrection for the forgiveness of sins, and God’s free gift of eternal life as that is what saves us. Believe and trust the simple gospel that saves - 1 Corinthians 15:1-4 KJV Trust ONLY in the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus for your salvation ! After you are saved: Romans 12:2 KJV - To grow in God's grace and learn about your exciting new identity and future then renew your mind daily with sound doctrine, which is the instruction that Jesus gave the Apostle Paul for the body of Christ in Romans through Philemon KJV Earn rewards in heaven now: by applying body of Christ sound doctrine in the inner man (found in Romans through Philemon KJV) - 1 Corinthians 3:12-15 KJV

Are You Believing/Teaching An Accursed Gospel ?

Are you believing and teaching an accursed gospel ?

Jesus said His earthly ministry was only to Israel. Matthew 15:24 KJV But he answered and said, I am not sent but unto the lost sheep of the house of Israel. Jesus' earthly ministry was preaching to Israel under their program. You are not Israel. Jesus converted the Apostle Paul Himself and sent him to the gentiles with a specific message. You are a gentile. Jesus speaking to the Apostle Paul (Saul): Acts 26:16-18 KJV But rise, and stand upon thy feet: for I have appeared unto thee for this purpose, to make thee a minister and a witness both of these things which thou hast seen, and of those things in the which I will appear unto thee; Delivering thee from the people, and from the Gentiles, unto whom now I send thee, To open their eyes, and to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan unto God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins, and inheritance among them which are sanctified by faith that is in me. Galatians 1:11-12 KJV But I certify you, brethren, that the gospel which was preached of me is not after man. For I neither received it of man, neither was I taught it, but by the revelation of Jesus Christ. The Apostle Paul was sent to the gentiles and he received the gospel and message to the gentiles from Jesus Himself. This is the specific gospel the Apostle Paul said he preached to gentiles and they are saved by it. 1 Corinthians 15:1-4 KJV Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand; By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain. For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures: Most of Churchianity today is in REBELLION to Jesus Himself when it comes to the Apostle Paul and the gospel. Churchianity in word and deed basically replies: "NO THAT IS NOT TRUE. Jesus words in His earthly ministry WERE to us (Jesus said they were not Matthew 15:24 KJV) and we don’t need to listen or focus on what the Apostle Paul said (Jesus said you do Acts 26:16-18 KJV)." The proceed to claim and accept Jesus teaching in His earthly ministry to Israel and of the 12 Apostles to Israel as their own, blending law and grace into the gospel message and Christian life, something that in Galatians is called accursed.

2 Corinthians 5:16-17 KJV
Wherefore henceforth know we no man after the flesh: yea, though we have known Christ after the flesh, yet now henceforth know we him no more. Therefore
Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new. We (the body of Christ) are not to follow after Jesus' earthly ministry as that was to Israel. The body of Christ is a NEW creature only spoken of by Jesus to Paul for gentiles.
The warning:

Galatians 1:8-9 KJV But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed. As we said before, so say I now again, if any man preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed. Remember that in 1 Corinthians 15:1-4 KJV, the Apostle Paul tells us exactly which gospel he preached. So changing that gospel means one is accursed according to Galatians 1:8-9 KJV Conclusion: If you add one iota of works to the simple gospel of belief/trust in the death, burial , and resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ, Galatians 1:8-9 KJV states you are accursed. If you are telling/teaching people they have to DO anything on their own for salvation YOU ARE ACCURSED. Here are some things being added to the gospel in modern churchianity: - Just accept Jesus (this alone does not save as it is vague modern unbiblical language that does not specifically trust in the finished work of Christ) - specific prayers like pray Jesus into your heart. How about trust in His death burial and resurrection as that is what saves you. (this prayer is an added work not in the gospel Jesus Himself gave Paul in 1 Corinthians 15:1-4 KJV. The Holy Spirit does indwell the saved believer upon faith/trust in the gospel automatically so believe and trust in what Jesus told us to) - having to believe anything in addition to the gospel of 1 Corinthians 15:1-4 KJV). churches add tons of non-saving doctrines and other human works that do not save and make it an accursed gospel - water baptism - was to Israel under their program. When we believe/trust the gospel we are spiritually baptized into the body of Christ, the Holy Spirit indwells and seals us, and spiritually our flesh is cut off from our soul and sins are not imputed Colossians 2:11-15 KJV , 1 Corinthians 12:13 KJV). water baptism is not part of the gospel that saves us in the body of Christ see 1 Corinthians 15:1-4 KJV - clean up their life, change the meaning of the word repent to mean "stop sinning" something nobody can completely do if they tried. The word repent means change of mind. Even if you tried you could not stop sinning and please God in the flesh so you were worthy to be saved. Definitely a form of works based accursed gospel along with lordship salvation Satan masquerades as an angel of light (2 Corinthians 11:14 KJV). Most of churchianity teaches a confused , mixed, and accursed gospel (by the bible's definition). When told they often defiantly claim all of Israel's doctrine and promises as their own and in some cases threaten the salvation of those only believing/trusting in the death burial and resurrection of Jesus for salvation and righteousness. How is that not like the sin of Cain? Bringing whatever sacrifice/worship you think is acceptable?? Or Korah’s rebellion against Moses ?? Korah said "we are all holy we dont need to follow or listen to Moses" who was God's messenger to them. Believe and trust AND teach: The Simple Gospel That Saves: To be saved: You not ONLY have to believe In Jesus you ALSO have to believe and trust only in Jesus’ death burial and resurrection for salvation, as that is what saves us. Believe and trust the simple gospel that saves - 1 Corinthians 15:1-4 KJV Trust ONLY in the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus for your salvation ! After you are saved: Romans 12:2 KJV - To grow in God's grace and learn about your exciting new identity and future then renew your mind daily with sound doctrine, which is the instruction that Jesus gave the Apostle Paul for us Romans through Philemon KJV Earn rewards in heaven now: by applying sound doctrine (Romans through Philemon KJV) in the inner man - 1 Corinthians 3:12-15 KJV

The Unity Of The Spirit And The Bond of Peace In The Body Of Christ

Are you disrupting the unity of the Spirit and the bond of peace in the body of Christ ?

Ephesians 4:3 KJV Endeavouring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.

Yet one need only to look at their social media feed to see that those speaking about Jesus have anything but unity.

If there is any disagreement on any scripture, you will see some posting about Jesus and the bible instantly fly off in a fit of rage condemning others to hell over issues that do not save souls.

I have found the problem is people do not rightly divide the bible (2 Timothy 2:15 KJV) by taking into account who each book was written to and the topic/content at hand.

We can definitely learn about God in every book of the bible, however every book is NOT direct instruction to gentiles. Our direct instruction as gentiles is found from the Apostle Paul whom Jesus sent to gentiles (Acts 26:16-18 KJV) in Romans through Philemon.

Most of churchianity treats the bible like a fortune cookie: they open it to any verse and think it is direct instruction TO THEM. This is why there is not even agreement as to the saving gospel.

I do agree there obviously exists biblically a line in the sand that separates the lost versus the saved.

The message that has the power to save is the gospel.

Romans 1:16 KJV
For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.

The Lord Jesus Christ Himself personally converted the Apostle Paul and sent him to the gentiles with the gospel that saves the gentiles.

Acts 26:16-18 KJV
But rise, and stand upon thy feet: for I have appeared unto thee for this purpose, to make thee a minister and a witness both of these things which thou hast seen, and of those things in the which I will appear unto thee;  Delivering thee from the people, and from the Gentiles, unto whom now I send thee,  To open their eyes, and to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan unto God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins, and inheritance among them which are sanctified by faith that is in me.

The Apostle Paul said this is the gospel he taught:

1 Corinthians 15:1-4 KJV
Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand;
By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain.
For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures;
And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:

In many places in Paul's epistles he made it clear that this is the only gospel and that SALVATION is by grace through faith and NOT BY ANY WORKS of man.

Ephesians 2:8-9 KJV
For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:
Not of works, lest any man should boast.

Romans 4:5 KJV
But to him that worketh not, but believeth on him that justifieth the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness.

Galatians 1:8-9 KJV
But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed.
As we said before, so say I now again, if any man preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed.

REMEMBER in 1 Corinthians 15:1-4 KJV Paul told us exactly and specifically which gospel he preached

There should be striving for unity in matters of doctrine but be clear you should not be condemning or acting with anything but meekness and kindness when teaching the saved saints who believe/trust the simple gospel that saves :

Believe/Trust in the death burial and resurrection of the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ for salvation, apart from any works added to be saved. Other topics are important but not a salvation issue.

Those that add works to the gospel are lost and should be preached to as lost.

Those that do not add works to the gospel that saves should be instructed and corrected as a brother / sister in Christ and NOT threatened because they do not agree with you on non-saving doctrines (grace covers this sin also, does it not?).

With that in mind ask yourself: are you endeavouring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace ?

Grace and peace ! For more info:
